Store Reduction Info
Just in case you’ve
heard any rumors
about Scrapbook
Island, I wanted to
pass the information
to you myself. To
be honest with you,
for the past several
months the store has
not been doing very
well which has put a
lot of stress on me
emotionally and a
strain financially.
I have considered
possibly selling the
store or advertising
for partnership(s)
but wasn’t quite
sure how that would
work and/or if
anybody would even
be interested.
I know other craft
stores have closed
the last couple of
months and I was
afraid, I, too,
would be heading in
that direction. I
am very fortunate
that Weston
Management has been
very understanding
and has been working
with me during these
trying times. I’ve
expressed to Weston
that I would love to
keep the store open
but can not afford
the monthly payment
each month.
I am happy to say
that Scrapbook
Island will remain
open but the store
will trim down to
its original size of
1,000 sq. ft.
The contract is not
finalized yet, but I
wanted you to know
the future of
Scrapbook Island and
that we might have
to close
unexpectedly without
notice in
preparation for the
“trimming down”
process.
Be sure to check the
store often for our
store reduction
sale.
